I wanted to buy a flat in the city where I was born, Portimão, and Panoramic Properties managed to exceed all my expectations. They helped me through the whole process and made it simple and practical; from the beginning, when looking for houses, to the visits, through the negotiation and finally to the deed process!
Max was a tireless presence, clarifying all my doubts and ensuring that I was always making an informed decision at every moment. I'm sure that if it hadn't been for him, it would have taken much longer (the whole process took 4 months). Honestly, he was indispensable!

Panoramic Properties certainly earned their commission on the sale of our house in Vale de Milho! Having first put the property on the market prior to Covid-19 we decided, in conjunction with Maureen, to take the house off the market until earlier this year (2021) when the market started to open up again. Like London buses, three offers came along in fairly short order. One of the prospective purchasers wanted a “rent-to-buy” arrangement; bad news and to be avoided at all costs! The second offer was withdrawn when the UK reimposed restrictive travel arrangements. The third offer, from the west coast of the U.S. – eight hours behind Portugal – eventually went through mainly due to Max’s tenacity and willingness to spend many, many after-hours evenings WhatsApping with the buyer. Helena came to know my voice so well I only had to say “Bon dia Helena” and she would recognise my voice immediately! Thank you “Team Panoramic”!

Maureen and Helena got the job done, and at a far more reasonable price than some of their Competitors. Some fees that Agents want to charge for selling a property abroad are, in my opinion, obscene and unjustifiable. An example I was quoted was 10% plus vat (over 12%). I suggest you speak to Maureen and get the job done for less than half that amount. A property either sells or it doesn´t, so don´t be fooled by people trying to convince you that they do any more work than Maureen will, for a much lower fee! I was happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.
